I am very happy to be able to contribute to the MSF charity (Doctor’s without Borders), it is such a worthy cause, providing impartial medical assistance to the people whose survival is threatened by violence, conflict or catastrophe.  When Pilgrim asked me to co-design a piece of jewellery that would benefit MSF I had no hesitation and I hope my help with the design has come up with something that is simple, but with a cutting edge.
